A restored seventeenth-century estate: meeting rooms and historic salons, the ballroom for presentations and group sessions, the frescoed room for smaller discussions and more intimate exchanges, private dining rooms, the wine cellar, vineyard-view terraces, gardens, courtyards and poolside spaces. Every space can be laid out differently — from a board of twelve to a standing dinner.

How many people can you host?
Overnight, up to around 110 guests in 44 rooms and suites. For meetings, dinners and receptions it depends on the layout: a plenary, a seated dinner and a standing reception in the same rooms give very different numbers. Tell us how many you are and when, and we will tell you exactly what the villa can do — no vague answers.
Can we have the villa to ourselves?
Yes — that is the exclusive-use format: for the agreed period there are no other guests and no other events in the house.
How does quoting work?
Every event is different, so there is no price list: tell us the format, the numbers and the dates, and you will get a proposal built on those. If you need a ballpark first, just ask and we will give you one.
Can we come and see the villa?
Yes, and you should: this place only makes sense once you have walked through it. Site visits are by appointment, weekdays included. Use the "Book a site visit" tab below.
Can we stay overnight?
Yes: 44 rooms and suites, for approximately 90–110 overnight guests. With exclusive use, the whole house is yours. Tell us how many rooms you need and we will confirm availability for those dates.
Can coaches reach the villa?
Yes. Most off-site experiences already include return transfers from the villa, and for coach arrivals we arrange access to the courtyard.
